Wisconsin Cyclocross State Championship Races

Wisconsin had it's state championships for Cyclocross. It was awesome as always.
Results:
Storm Schmitt- 8th place in CX5 Mens- First year racing CX!!!!Great season for him.
Casey Kohner - Raced in the CX4 Mens group, but beer and warmth of the tent was calling his name. Casey had a strong season in the Masters races and CX4 all year long.
Liz Horning - Rocked the Women's CX4 group with a fantastic 5th place finish in the State Championships.
Michael Van Dyke - Edged out his strongest competitor, Brandon Andrews for a 16th place finish in the massive Single Speed open Category.
Brandon Andrews  - SS racing to the 17th place of the group.
Chris Brown - 11th in the Masters 35+ 123 field.
Jeff Schifano - 7th in the Masters 45+ 123 field.

And Last but not least in an amazing season where one year ago he was just short of getting the top step in Cat 5 Championships, hard work and determination put Corey Horning into 1st place for the Men's Cat 3!!! Group. Favorites to win were stunned by his early pressure and off the front pace. Corey had an amazing season and we were very excited to have him share that with us this year.
